Who is responsible

Polaz LLC operates this website and decides how the data described here is used.

What we collect

Without your consent: nothing that identifies you. The site sets one cookie, consent_preferences, that stores your choice in the consent banner so it is not asked again. It contains only that choice and expires after 365 days.

With your consent (analytics): Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location (country and city level), device and browser type, and clicks on the contact links. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for that. Until you accept analytics, Google Consent Mode keeps Google Analytics from setting cookies or sending identifiers.

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not sell or share data for advertising.

Why

Analytics tells us which pages help visitors and which do not. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your choices

Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept, reject or change your choice at any time. Rejecting analytics does not change anything else on the site.

Retention and processors

Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Google Ireland Limited processes it on our behalf; data may be transferred to the United States under Google's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete data about you, or object to its processing, by writing to mail@polaz.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
